4.5-mile trail linking Neversink Mountain, Antietam Lake nearly complete

Hikers and bicyclists will soon have a clear path from Neversink Mountain to Antietam Lake.

The Berks County Conservancy is putting the finishing touches on a trail that will link the Reading-area recreation resources.
